1. Order Processing Time
   All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays).
   You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

   United States, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Switzerland, Mexico — International Standard Handling: 1–3 business days | Transit: 7‑16 business days | Total: 8‑19 business days
   France, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, Hungary, Netherlands, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore — International Standard Handling: 1–3 business days | Transit: 5‑12 business days | Total: 6‑15 business days
   Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or peak seasons.
   
   
3. Shipping Costs
   Flat‑rate shipping:
   • $8.99 USD: United States, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Switzerland, Mexico
   • $6.99 USD: France, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, Hungary, Netherlands, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore
   ✅ Free standard shipping for all orders over $79 USD for all supported countries listed above. Shipping fees will be shown at checkout for orders below $79 USD. 
   
   
4. Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)
   International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. IOO&SILK is not responsible for these charges. 
   
   
5. Order Tracking
   Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. 
   
   
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
   If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@ioosilk.com with your order number and photos.
