Shipping policy
<h2>1. Processing Time</h2>
<p>All orders are processed within <strong>1-3 business days</strong> (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.</p>
<p>Please note: orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.</p>
<h2>2. Shipping Destinations</h2>
<p>We currently ship to <strong>all 50 US states</strong>, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands) and APO/FPO addresses is also available, but may require additional transit time.</p>
<p>We do NOT ship to the following locations at this time:</p>

<li>International addresses outside the United States</li>
<li>PO Boxes (some carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes)</li>
</ul>

<h2>4. Order Tracking</h2>
<p>Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:</p>

<li>A link to the carrier's tracking page</li>
</ul>
<p>Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation email.</p>
<h2>5. Discreet Packaging (Privacy Protection)</h2>
<p>Your privacy is our top priority. All orders are shipped in <strong>plain, unbranded packaging</strong> with the following privacy measures:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>No logos or branding</strong> on the outside of the box or mailer</li>
<li><strong>No product descriptions</strong> on the shipping label — the return address shows a generic company name</li>
<li><strong>No "lingerie" or "adult" wording</strong> appears anywhere on the exterior</li>
<li>Packages are sealed with <strong>tamper-evident tape</strong> for your security</li>
</ul>
<p>No one will know what's inside your package except you.</p>
<h2>6. Shipping Carrier</h2>
<p>We primarily ship using <strong>USPS</strong> and <strong>UPS</strong> for domestic deliveries. The carrier may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. We reserve the right to choose the most suitable carrier for each order.</p>
<h2>7. Lost or Stolen Packages</h2>
<p>Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us within <strong>5 days</strong> of the delivery date, and we will do our best to assist you:</p>

<li>We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf</li>
<li>If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion</li>
</ul>
<p>We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location where someone can receive the package in person.</p>
<h2>8. Incorrect Shipping Address</h2>
<p>Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you realize you made a mistake, contact us immediately at <strong>your@yourdomain.com</strong>:</p>

<li>If the order has already shipped: we cannot make changes, and you will need to coordinate with the carrier</li>

<p>Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address will be subject to a <strong>reshipment fee</strong> equal to the original shipping cost.</p>

<p>While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to:</p>

<li>Customs inspections (for territories/APO addresses)</li>

<p>We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help track it down.</p>
<h2>10. Customs, Duties & Taxes</h2>
<p>For shipments to US states, there are no additional customs fees or import duties. For shipments to US territories or APO/FPO addresses:</p>

<li>Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer</li>
<li>We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance</li>
<li>We cannot predict what fees may apply, as customs policies vary by location</li>
</ul>
<h2>11. Split Shipments</h2>
<p>If you order multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped separately. This typically happens when items are in different warehouse locations. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. There is no additional cost to you for split shipments.</p>
