Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or peak seasons.

3. Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all orders over $59 USD to the continental United States.
Orders under $59 USD: flat rate $4.99 USD.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

4. Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. IOO&SILK is not responsible for these charges.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@ioosilk.com with your order number and photos.
