When you visit the atelier Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device. Additionally, when you engage in a purchase, we collect Identity Details, Payment Security data, and Tailoring Data for bespoke orders.

06. Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your package was delivered.

• Return Window: Items must be sent back within 30 days of receipt.
• Condition: To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all luxury seals and tags intact.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
