Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Approved by our team before being sent back

For hygiene-sensitive items such as hosiery, bodysuits, and intimate apparel, the item must also be unopened and the hygiene seal must remain intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items once the packaging has been opened or the hygiene seal has been broken:

• Pantyhose, tights, and stockings
• Bodysuits and bodystockings
• Intimate apparel and lingerie
• Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email info@ioosilk.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days.
3. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
4. Please do not send any item back without an RA number.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect item or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Return Instructions

Return instructions are provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved by our team.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@ioosilk.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
